I didn't know about fast twitch muscles ...Hm... I didn't know about fast twitch muscles being able to increase in size better than slow twitch muscles.<br /><br />Anyway, based on my observation, I think I have more fast twitch muscles. I've always preferred more explosive sports... like sprinting/sparring/weightlifting. I've never been good at endurance stuff.<br /><br />And like we've discussed before, we can't have our cake and eat it too. You can't have both strength and endurance (like u mentioned).
